Individual Therapy Services
One on one sessions in person or via video telehealth platform
All services are provided to individuals ages 16 and up.
25-55 Minutes
Can be weekly, biweekly, every 3 weeks, monthly or as needed
Non-Traditional Therapy Services
It is important to seek treatment that is tailored to you. One of the ways this is offered is through therapy services that aren’t traditionally offered in practices or clinics, such as:

Should I go to therapy?
When faced with feelings of stress, numbness, irritability, sadness, or overwhelming emotions, it can be easy to dismiss these struggles as just a normal part of life or compare them to potentially worse scenarios, causing individuals to try to handle these issues on their own.
However, even though experiencing such emotions may be a common part of life, it is important to remember that you do not have to navigate these challenges alone.
